  1. My Great Grandfather, Josef Gins, came to the United States in 1909 and Gougenheim was listed as his last place of residence. He was born in January of 1894 and it is believed that his fathers name was Michel. Any information you may have in regards to the Gins family of Gougenheim or Durningen would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
